Healthy Bodies, Happy Minds.

We all know that keeping the kids active is a great way to work out all of their energy, to keep them healthy, and to promote physical activity as an integral part of their health for the remainder of their lives. What we, as parents, often forget to promote is how important physical activity can be for our mental health - coping with stress, fostering feelings of happiness, and promoting body positivity. ALL KIDS, ALL THE TIME

If you have been following us on Facebook and Instagram over the past few months, you might have noticed our Topic Talk posts on Thursdays. Well they have been gaining more and more interest and we have decided it was about time that we create a BLOG!

Welcome to KiD TaLk! Where it's all kids, all the time.

Our goal with the blog, much like Topic Talk, is to discuss all things kids and parenting. Whether we are talking about a problem that we are having at home, or giving tips and tricks to solve a problem others are having, we will lay it all out there - the good, the bad, and the ugly. Parenting is hard, but you're not alone. Your kid threw a tantrum in the middle of the grocery store? You're not alone. You slipped up and cursed in front of your toddler and now that's their favourite word? You're not alone. Too often we see parents suffering in silence - feeling embarrassed to talk about the difficult stuff. Well, we are here to say - let's talk. Parenting is hard enough without feeling like you can't ask for help, express your frustrations, and get advice. It truly takes a village to raise our children. Let Kidnasium and Kid Talk be part of your village.
Like and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to be the first to know when new blogs are posted. We might even be recruiting the occasional parent to post from their own unique point of view. The Team at Kidnasium is so excited to start this new journey with you.

Helping You Raise Healthy, Happy and Confident Kids Since 1993.
