Cancellation & Refund Policy
We’re so grateful to have you as part of our community. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring our programs run smoothly for everyone involved.
Classes
A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required for all class cancellations or withdrawals. Notice must be submitted via email; cancellations made by phone or in person will not be accepted. The 30-day notice period begins on the date your email is received, and applicable fees may continue to be charged during this time.
Cancellations or withdrawals made with less than 30 days’ notice are non-refundable and non-creditable.
If you miss a class, we’re happy to offer a make-up token, which can be used for any available class within 30 days of the missed session.
Please note that only one make-up token will be issued per month, per participant. If multiple classes are missed within the same month, only one token will be provided.
Camps
Cancellations made 21 or more days before camp starts will receive a full credit.
Cancellations made 14–20 days before camp starts will receive a credit equal to the greater of 25% of the camp fee or the remaining balance after a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before camp starts will receive a credit equal to the greater of 50% of the camp fee or the remaining balance after a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before camp begins are non-refundable and non-creditable.
Once camp has started, we’re unable to provide credits for missed days or early departures.
Birthday Parties
Deposits made upon booking are non-refundable.
You have a minimum of 30 days prior to your event date to change or cancel and receive a credit. Credits will be the deposit amount minus an administrative fee, which is the greater of $50 or 10% of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your booking are not eligible for refunds or credits.
There are no refunds or credits once the birthday party balance is paid, but you may transfer or gift the party credit to another family.
Party balances are due in full the Monday before your party:
Ultimate and Rockstar Packages: full balance due.
Let's Play and Extraordinary Packages: balance minus additional children (attendee balance if applicable will be collected following the party).
If you wish to reschedule a party after the balance is paid, a $250 fee applies.
We’re happy to help reschedule when possible, depending on availability and adherence to the above guidelines.
Events
All event tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another participant with written notice.
To transfer a ticket, the original purchaser must email Kidnasium with the name of the new participant who will be using the ticket.
If We Need to Cancel
In the rare case that we need to cancel a class, camp, or event (due to weather, low enrollment, or unexpected circumstances), you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer into another program.
