Cancellations (Camps, Classes, Parties and Events)
FULL REFUNDS will be given in the event that Kidnasium cancels a class, camp or program. Refunds will NOT BE GIVEN for any other reason.
Cancellation for camps and classes will be required by midnight, 21 days prior to the start date for a FULL CREDIT. Cancellations made after this date will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Classes run on a monthly tuition-based recurring payment schedule. All monthly tuition will be charged on the 15th of the prior month (i.e. October tuition will be charged on September 15th). Notice of withdrawal from a class or program will be required by midnight, a full 30 days prior to the next charge date and done in writting via email to Hello@kidnasium.ca. If the 15th of the month runs on a weekend, the payment will be run the Friday prior.
All cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start date will result in the loss of the registration fee entirely.
Cancellations due to an Illness or injury, with a doctors note, will recieve a full credit.
BIRTHDAY PARTY CANCELLATIONS:
Deposits made upon booking are non-refundable. You have a minimum of 30 days prior to your event date to change or cancel and receive a credit. Please note, credits put on file will be the deposit amount minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your booking are not eligible for refunds or credits. There are no refunds or credits once the birthday party balance is paid, you are more than welcome to transfer or gift the party credit to another family. Party balances are due in full the Monday before your party. We take full balances for Ultimate and Rockstar Packages and the balance minus additional children for Let's Play and Extraordinary Packages (the attendee balance if applicable will be taken following your party). If you would like to reschedule your party once the balance is paid, there is a $250 fee.
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO refunds or credits for purchases made using a promo code.
Shipping
All products are generally shipped as soon as possible. Each and every one of the products are made by hand with a great deal of precision. Please be patient as we make sure you receive an impeccable product.
Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, the Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or you were sent the incorrect item, please contact us at 647-508-5437 immediately to report the problem or send us an email. Kidnasium Inc. will provide further instructions and cover the cost of return shipping
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. The product cannot have been used.
We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.
If a returned item has been opened, is no longer in intact packaging, is damaged, or is materially different from how the item was shipped, it may not be accepted for return, or will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
Items not accepted for return can be picked up or will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
No returns on personalized items or custom orders.
