Self-Care For Kids

We’ve all been feeling the extreme ups and downs of this year, your kids included. It’s important that all of us collectively implement practices into our daily lives that bring us peace, happiness and make sure we are prioritizing ourselves. By encouraging your kids to take little moments for themselves, you will guide them to being more mindful and self aware. We’ve rounded up a few ideas for you & your family to practice self care;
-family walks
-bubble baths
-listen to some feel good music
-cook a special meal or try a new recipe
-try a new artistic endeavour like painting or sketching
-try yoga, meditating or mindful breath work

Everyone relaxes in different ways, find what works best for you and for your kids! We all deserve to take that time to ourselves and practice our own methods of self care.
