Healthy Habits At Home
Many of us are still spending a lot of time at home, and it can be difficult to keep a healthy consistent routine. We've rounded up some easy & efficient tips to keep you and your family feeling your best;
1. Start each day with a healthy breakfast- this is a great way to build a routine and set the tone of healthy eating for the day. It doesn't have to be fancy, fruit or a granola bar will do!
2. Do one family activity session a day- whether it’s walking the dog or having a dance party, get moving together!
3. Practice mindful rest- read, stretch, meditate or recite daily mantras (keep up with our #mindfulmondays for inspo!)
4. Share your "roses and thorns" of the day- this is a great way to spend some quality time as a family and talk about the good parts of your day, and find creative solutions for the not so great parts of life.
