Our wellness academy offers children a chance to practice and experience mindfulness activities in a calming and fun environment.

Caregiver & Tot Yoga | 2-4 years:

This Caregiver& Tot class serves as an introduction to the wonderful world of yoga. Bond with your child as you learn the art of yoga through storytelling and games. Caregivers & children will learn yoga poses and practise relaxation, mindfulness, concentration, and breathing exercises. Children will have the opportunity to reap all of the benefits that yoga has to offer, including improved gross motor skills, strength, flexibility, and emotional management skills.

Class Length: 45 minutes | Ages: 2-4 years | Adult Participation: Yes

Kids Yoga | 4-6 years:

This Independent class serves as an introduction to the wonderful world of yoga. Through story-telling and games, your child will learn the art of yoga, including poses, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, concentration and breathing exercises. Children will have the opportunity to improve gross motor skills, strength, flexibility, and emotional & stress management skills.

Class Length: 45 minutes | Ages: 4-6 years | Adult Participation: No

 

Kids Yoga | 6-9 years:

Through a mixture of games and exercises, this class will teach children yoga poses, relaxation, mindfulness, concentration, and breathing techniques. Our goal is for each young participant to enjoy practicing yoga and develop skills that will serve them throughout life, including improved physical literacy and stress management strategies.

Class Length: 45 minutes | Ages: 6-9 years | Adult Participation: No

Tween Yoga | 9-12 years:

Children will learn yoga poses, relaxation techniques, mindfulness exercises and breathing exercises. Along with improved gross motor skills, strength and flexibility, this class aim to help children cultivate a calm mind and improve concentration in a supportive and fun environment.
