Kinder Program (ages 4-6)
Our Kinder program is a child-centred, integrated and varied program of learning for four- and five-year-old children. The goal of the program is to establish a strong foundation for learning in the early years in a safe and caring, play-based environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of all children.
Our Unique Approach
Through our kinesthetic and inquiry-based approach to teaching and learning, we strive to build upon your child’s knowledge and social and emotional skills by providing them with the abilities to problem solve, be a critical thinker and discover new concepts independently or with others. Using our large gym area, studio room and STEM classroom, we believe in active and experiential learning, whereby students take in and better retain new ideas and information. This unique approach to teaching supports your child’s conceptual understanding of what they are learning, while making the educational process fun and exciting!

Based on the Ontario’s educational guidelines in The Kindergarten Program, we follow the four ‘frames’

To achieve these learning objectives, our experienced OCT staff use practical and active approaches for children to learn and fully comprehend new ideas while excited and engaged in their activities.

Pricing
Ages 4-6 (teacher/ child ratio 1:5)
M-F 12:30-3:30 pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays (2 days) - $450 per month
Monday, Wednesday, Friday (3 days) - $575 per month
Monday to Friday (5 days) - $800 per month
