Friday Parties!

starts at $349+HST

Shared Facility!

You supply all food, drinks, desserts and party decorations. Includes one birthday host to assist with set up and clean up. Shared access to our main gym and ninja room with Drop in Play attendees. Private access to our party room space.

  • Up to 12 children included ($10 for each additional child)

  • From 4:30pm - 6pm Friday afternoons

  • Shared party play space (main gym, ninja room) with Drop in Play attendees

  • Private party room space for food and cake

  • 90-minute celebration (with an additional 15 minutes for set up and 15 minutes for cleanup).  The first hour of your party is in the gym followed by 30 minutes in the party room

Select your party activity, two favorite colours and we will handle your decorations and party entertainment. Our birthday hosts will decorate, clean up, and do everything in between including gym supervision, leading activities and serving food and drinks.

  • Up to 16 children included ($15 for each additional child)

  • Private main gym, ninja room and party room area (please note: you may see other families in common spaces at the beginning and/or end of your party. If you do not want to see other families at all please contact us prior to booking)

  • 90-minute celebration (you are welcome to arrive 15 minutes earlier to bring in your party supplies). The first hour of your party is in the gym followed by 30 minutes in the party room

  • 30 minutes of your choice of gym activity (Gym Games, Gymnastics, Ninja, Rock Climbing, Nerf Battle). Please note this portion takes place during your hour of gym time.

  • Bouncy castle

  • Party Host and Instructor Included

  • Decorations Included (pick 2 colours): 2 bouquets with 7 latex Balloons, Birthday Banner, Table Cover, Plates, Napkins, Cutlery for kids

Important Details

SPECIAL NOTES

You will be the only family in the gym during your gym time and the only family in the party room during your party room time. Please note: common spaces such as foyers, washrooms, hallways, etc. may have other guests in it at the beginning and/or end of your party. If you would like exclusive use of the entire facility, please contact us for pricing. Your guests will enjoy gym time first, followed by food in the party room. Your party room will be ready prior to your gym time ending, set up will be done 30 minutes prior to your food time by our staff (please note: parents, guardians, families and friends are welcome to assist with set up but it is not necessary). Unfortunately we are unable to allow the kids back into the gym to play after eating for health and safety reasons. 

DECORATIONS
No heavy duty tape, tacks, nails or glue adhesives are allowed on our walls. We only accept sticky tack or poster putty. Any damage to Kidnasium walls caused by adhesives or other items are subject to a $50 minimum damage fee to cover the cost of repairing and repainting the damage.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CREDITS
Deposits made upon booking are non-refundable. You have a minimum of 30 days prior to your event date to change or cancel and receive a credit. Please note, credits put on file will be the deposit amount minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your booking are not eligible for refunds or credits. There are no refunds or credits once the birthday party balance is paid, you are more than welcome to transfer or gift the party credit to another family. Party balances are due in full the Monday before your party. We take full balances for Ultimate and Rockstar Packages and the balance minus additional children for Let's Play and Extraordinary Packages (the attendee balance if applicable will be taken following your party). If you would like to reschedule your party once the balance is paid, there is a $250 fee.

  • Classic Gym Games | 3-12 years

    Grab all your party guests and get ready to play your favourite gym games! From tag, octopus, relay races and dodgeball, this party is able to be customized to play your child's favourite games! Our instructors are ready to make your next party unforgettable!

  • Is your child passionate about sports? Why not make their birthday party based on their favourite sport? Have one of our talented instructors come to your location of choice and walk your group through warm-ups, fun drills and skills and a final game! We accommodate all skill levels from beginner to advanced. Regardless of previous experience, all your guests will leave with newfound skills and a fun experience! 

  • Gymnastics | 4-12 years

    Here at Kidnasium, we have a long-standing gymnastics program that we are delighted to bring to your next birthday party! Allow us to set up our large array of equipment and guide your group through a gymnastics lesson catered to your group’s skill level. Our experienced instructors will coach a warm-up, gymnastics skills on our apparatuses and several fun games that will make all of your guests not want the lesson to end!

  • Ninja -Suggested | 4-12 years

    Suit up in your coolest ninja gear and get ready to put your strength and agility to the test! Ninjas will learn various training techniques and show off their skills through progressive obstacle courses. Do you have what it takes to get through the Ninja Zone?

  • Extreme Obstacle Course | 6-12 years

    If you are looking for a thrill-seeking, adrenaline-pumping activity for your next birthday party, our Extreme Obstacle Course-themed birthday party is perfect for you! Allow us to set up an obstacle course involving heights, climbing, jumping, running, puzzles and more that will put your guests to the test! Prepare to be one tough competitor as completing our epic course will be an experience you will never forget!

  • Nerf | 7-12 years

    Our Nerf parties are great for kids who want an action-packed, thrilling experience at their next party! Allow our instructors to transform the space into a nerf arena and guide your group through warm-ups, target practice, nerf tag and guided mini-games such as capture the flag, nerf freeze tag and more! 

  • Mission Possible | 7-12 years

    Do you have what it takes to solve Mission Possible? Round up your closest friends and get ready to put your skills to the test! Children will have to complete several missions that will challenge their mental, physical and creative skills. Complete as many missions as possible within the 30min to receive a prize at the end.
